Then select your chosen payment method and return postage option. The default mail service is Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which is £2.50 and then Special Delivery which is £7.00.
Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email (please check spam folders) and you can print this off when you send your key to us for repair. We recommend using a padded envelope and sending to us via Recorded mail.
Once we receive your key we will promptly carry out your chosen repair and return your key to you. If you have chosen for us to contact you for payment hen we will do so once a repair is successfully carried out.
If you cannot see the correct repair service for you don’t worry! we still may be able to help you it just means that we are unable to provide you with a brand new casing but we can still look to carry out an internal repair meaning that we can still get the remote working. We have many thousands of used genuine keys for parts so we can always use these is necessary to carry our a full refurbishment. We have a Free Fault Diagnosis Service that you can order and you simply just pay the return postage. We will then determine wether we can repair your key or not. If we can then we will contact you with the costs and can take payments over the phone and then return the key to you. If we cannot repair your key we will contact you an inform you of this and return it to you. And as you have already paid the rerun postage there will be no further charge.
We generally get all key repairs completed on the day of receipt but during busy periods we say with 48hrs. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
NO, nothing we do affects the programming of your key. This information is retained the transponder chip located inside your key. The only thing that may be required is whats call a resync, this is a simple procedure usually located in the user manual for the vehicle. This consists of a sequence of key turns and button presses. This procedure is required sometimes when replacing the battery.
